One post, many cuts. A post is written once as a list of parts: text, image or clip. The page shows it two ways: read, as an essay with the clips set into it, and swipe, panel by panel for a phone.
Two languages, one stream. Every piece appears in the language it was written in. A switch shows the other language, translated automatically, and the translated page always says so and links back to the original.
Socials come after. Under every post there is a kit for taking it out: a carousel made from your highlights, a short clip for a reel, a LinkedIn text, each with a caption that links back here. The full version only exists on the blog.
Weight and access. Opening a post loads about 60 to 200 KB of images. Clips are 0.3 to 2 MB each and load only on play. Every clip has captions and a written transcript, made by machine for this draft, so check them before publishing.
